Instead of Kisses, I am getting Kicked.

Warning: this post is going to be random.

I am so ready to be unpregnant. My back has been hurting and I get tired so easily. I am also mean to everyone, especially to my husband. Sometimes I dont want him to touch me and then he gets this sad look on his face. So I had to tell him the "It's not you, it's me" line. I am extremely irritable and just everyone just gets on my nerves. I even got mean with this lady in Walmart. I was checking out and about to swipe my card and she was too close to me. So I told her in a blunt polite way, "Can you please step back a little bit?" In these situations, I usually just grimace or mumble under my breath. But she picked the wrong day to be breathing all down my neck.

I have also been bored to death and battling a little depression. I am tired of being home all day everyday. I told my husband I was envious of him because he gets to curse out soldiers all day and clean weapons. He just laughed. But I was so serious. One early morning, I watched him sleep and as soon as he opened one eye, I immediately grabbed his attention. He laughed and said, "You need a friend, don't you?" I said, YES!  I do love my husband, but all he talks about is Army stuff. BORING! I really miss my friends back home and my family. I also miss having a 9 to 5. I do realize I am blessed to be able to stay home with my kids, but I just need something that is just, Rekita. So I started my blod designing business again...but soon I will be going to school for my master's. I really need to get my career started. I want my husband to be able to get out of the Army so we can move back to Georgia to be near mine and his family and friends and I drop my kids off whenever I need to...wishful thinking.

But any-who  I wanted to share this picture of my two boys. They fight all the time but sometimes I can catch them embracing their brotherhood. I think it is the cutest thing.
Cameron was asleep and Christopher was just laying beside him. My husband took this picture. He said it was a little quiet upstairs and he went to go check on them. He found them like this.

I Fancy "Baby Stuff" on Friday!

Feeding
Yes there are more items you will need to feed your newborn, but these are somethings I didn't have with my last child. A drying rack does come in handy...you won't have to waste paper towels to dry your bottles. I had a bottle warmer with my first child and didn't think i needed as much with my second, I was wrong. It warms it up just right.I just love Dr. Brown's bottles, It helped my little ones with spitting up and colic.
These items can be found at Target or Babies R Us.

Sleeptime & Naptime
With two boys, I really need a mobile bassinet. I love this particular one because it can turn into a swing or bouncy for when she gets older. I never really had a baby monitor for any of my kids, only because I had that mommy instinct where only I can hear them. But with with two loud boys, I think I need a monitor this time around. The humidifier is a must have...it can be so drafty and dry in the kids' room. It will help open up their little noses and helps with drainage. My oldest son, Cameron, had the elephant version of this blanket. It is the softest thing. He used to hold on to it like Linus (Charlie Brown) held his blanket.
These items can be found at Target & Nordstroms.

Bathtime & Babycare
I never really used Burt Bee's products, but I heard great things and I will be trying this third time around. Johnson's Goodnight Giftset is perfect when you want to lay  your baby down for a nap or bedtime. The smell is so soothing and it includes one of my favorite books from childhood. My two boys have very dry skin, so Aveeno is great with keeping their skin moisturized. They also have products that helps with eczema. And how cute is that wipe dispenser?
These items can be found at Target & Nordstroms.

Babywear & Gear
Carter's is my go-to place for kids clothes. They always have a sale and the clothes are great quality. And they are cute! I also love this "Shop til' you Nap" onsie for my little one. Diaper bags are most. And I mean huge spacious  diaper bags with a lot of compartments. The bodysuit and stickers helps keep track of your little one's growth. So cute!!!
These items can be found at Carter's & Nordstroms.

Oh I also wanted to include this Baby checklist I downloaded from Target. It is great for new moms and great for moms who need a refresher, like me!
